Visitors arrive from afar

Grandma Helen made the trip up from warm and sunny Texarkana to spend a week with Cole.

Aunt Kay came for a quick visit from Minnesota

Play time

Cole checks out his new toy. We're still not sure if he likes it or not, but he tolerates all the lights and songs for a few minutes each day.

Rick's Birthday

Cole helped celebrate Rick's birthday with his "I love Daddy" outfit.Elizabeth helps open gifts

What could be better than frosting?

Up close and personal

A few "in your face" moments...

"I can do it myself!"

Quiet time

Did someone say 'cheese'?
Ahh, relax mode

"Please, no more pictures!"

Bath time again

Cousin Jack looks forward to playing hockey with Cole.

Nana Sally and Papa Bill enjoy time with their newest grandson.

Nikki and baby Edward stop by to say hello. It's only a matter of time before the two boys are up to no good together ( just like their moms).

Cole's Nursery

A tribute to our four legged friends.

Go Vikings!

You're never too young to cheer for your favorite team!

Man's best friend

Jazz welcomed Cole home with open paws. She knows it's only a matter of time before he starts eating real food and dropping it on the floor for her.

Cole's first visitors

Nikki and Sarah stop by to say hello

Nana Sally was the first to say hello

Cousin Jack stopped by to check out the competition. He's very unsure as to how much time Nana Sally will spend with Cole.

Papa Bill says hello and teaches Cole his first song...the "Iowa Fight Song" of course!

Uncle John

Uncle Tom

Aunt Betsy stops in to offer advice

Ashley (a.k.a. 'soon to be Cole's favorite babysitter')

Kate

Many friends and family stopped by to say hello!

There's no place like home

After 4 nights at Iowa Methodist it's finally time to go home!

Go Hawks!

It's only appropriate that Cole's first football game was the Outback Bowl hosting our favorite team the Iowa Hawkeye's. We think he was their good luck charm as the Hawks beat the South Carolina Gamecocks 31 to 10. Judging by Cole's size, we think Kirk Ferentz will be calling in just a few years. Go Hawks!

Cole's first bath

What a cutie!
