What's for dinner, mom?

Frigidaire ad campaign idea: Now featuring a toddler-size seat that gives mom increased minutes of uninterupted food-prep time.

"I can get my own breakfast!"
"Is there any more food?"

Cole's First haircut

Cole handled his first haircut fairly well despite a few tears. I think he wanted to keep his mullet.
There's no better distraction from a hair cut than a big-screen

"I look good!"

"What product do you recommend?"

Double Trouble

Cole got to spend 10 great days with his cousin Griffin when his family went to Colorado. The boys got along great (most of the time) and it was sad to see him go.

While this may look like a special moment...Griffin is actually taking a cue from Mike Tyson

Ringing in the new year!

Mark, Henry and Nikki Kennedy
Henry loved toasting with his apple juice

We spent New Years Eve with the O'Dears and Kennedy's, first tiring out the kids at the "Incredible Pizza" to celebrate Henry Kennedy's 4th birthday, and then back to the house for our New Years' toast.

Sledding

"I can't move my arms!"

"I make this look good!"

We learned very quickly that Cole is very much like his mom...not a fan of snow. Our sledding trip was cut short as the tears froze a little too quickly on Cole's cheeks.

Christmas

Against our better judgement, we braved the winter Christmas storm of 2009 to join the Phelps clan for Christmas in Spencer. It was worth the trip and Cole has enjoyed playing with all of his new toys.

2 points!!

Rick and Cole show off their matching hats. Not sure if Cole is upset over the matchy-matchy or that he found out there weren't any more presents to open.

"Have you been naughty or nice"

We spent the days leading up to Christmas learning what Santa says...and apparently Santa and Old McDonald are friends.

Cole's Baptism

Apparently, we didn't get enough food at Thanksgiving so we found an excuse to celebrate again as we capped off our Thanksgiving weekend with Cole's baptism.

Thanksgiving

Jack was asked to provide an appetizer for Thanksgiving and decided if it's good enough for snoopy's Thanksgiving, it's good enough for us. We feasted on popcorn, pretzels, jelly beans and toast.
